The Wolverton & Associates, Inc. (W&A) Site Development/Civil Engineering department was established in 1989 and was our first service offering to our clients. Site Development remains our largest department and easily handles a variety of project types and tasks from retail stores to high school ball fields. Our qualified staff of Site Development Engineers provide a range of services including preliminary site planning, site feasibility and due diligence to full construction design and permitting with great attention to quality control and quality assurance.

We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and professionalism with the experience and technology to tailor our services around the needs of the client and requirements of the project. Our LEED AP and LEED Green Associates are available for any projects that require LEED certified environmentally friendly building practices during construction and remodeling.
